Every building project needs a bill of quantities: how many pipes, ducts and pieces of equipment it takes, and of what kind. All of it is already in the engineer's Revit model, but the bill is still mostly put together by hand. Tables get copied, names get fixed, quantities get added up. It takes hours, and mistakes often only show up later.
Grunn does it for you. Send the model and get the bill back in Excel, in the format the office already uses, with its own names, sections and codes.
- Quantities are calculated by fixed rules, not AI, so the same model always gives the same result.
- Every line can be traced back to the exact elements in the model.
- Anything it isn't sure about is marked yellow. Nothing goes missing quietly.
- It learns how each office writes things, and every correction becomes a rule for next time.
